Active Days 55+ Officially Launches in Strathroy-Caradoc
Strathroy-Caradoc celebrated National Seniors’ Day with the official launch of Active Days 55+, a recreational program offering support for physical, cognitive, emotional, and social well-being. Active Days has already been running for a few weeks and is supported by a $25,000 Seniors Community Grant from the Province of Ontario which allowed for the hiring of Julia Kitchen, Seniors Programming Coordinator.
