Medicine Hat Fire Cautions Public on Lithium-Ion Battery Risks

 Medicine Hat Fire and Emergency Services say crews have responded to more than 120 fire incidents since January, including two linked to lithium batteries. Officials are urging residents to practice safe charging habits, avoid overnight charging, and properly store and recycle old batteries to help prevent fires.
