Intro to Postpartum Exercise

These classes are all about gentle reintegration into fitness and movement for postpartum women looking to regain their core strength and stability while regaining movement in those sore or tight muscles especially in the hips, shoulders, back and neck. This is a foundational class, with optional progressions.

It is recommended participants have a yoga mat. No other equipment is necessary.
